With the exception of a small number of memberships offered at the very beginning of the club, all memberships purchased through ResortPoints.com are identical to those purchased directly through Shell Vacations Club. The earliest memberships had benefits that are no longer offered and would not transfer to a new owner upon re-sale.
Q. What role does ResortPoints play in the purchase of a Shell Vacations Club Membership? A. ResortPoints.com will provide your contact information to the seller to negotiate terms of the sale and complete the transfer process.
Q. Does ResortPoints own the inventory listings shown? A. No, we merely post the listings provided by the sellers. We do not take ownership of any of the memberships listed on the inventory page. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of any listing and encourage your thorough due diligence when entering into a purchase agreement.
Q. How can I be assured the membership is current in dues and that it is transferred free and clear? A. When you receive the transfer documents from the seller, you will be able to review all details of the membership and its current status.
